Bill Ekiss

Bill Ekiss is a legal advocate with over 25 years of experience in state and federal court. Bill began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in 1996 representing indigent persons with serious felony cases in Marion, Ralls and Shelby counties. After 15 months with the public defender, he entered private practice with the St. Louis firm of Wolff & D'Agrosa where he had the privilege of working with the renowned criminal defense attorney Don Wolff. After 20 years with Wolff & D'Agrosa, Bill continued is legal practice as a partner with The Lampin Law Firm in 2018, and after five years established The Ekiss Law Firm in September 2023.

His peer recognition is also evident as he has earned Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, National Trial Lawyer Top 100 Criminal Defense and Nations Top One Percent Award Winning Attorney.
